Day 5 was busy work wise and food was not on my mind so it was a weird day but I still lost 1kg after it

3 x McDonalds Quater Pounders no buns

1 x large diet coke

15 minute of stretching

Lessons

  • Fridays can be hard if they are busy but there is always an alternative
  • Having cheat day on a saturday makes it easier to stay legit on Friday
  • I need to plan snacks for the car if I do miss meals or am out and about all day
  • I achieved a week I need to feel proud as I have struggled recently!!
