Another great day. The Slow Carb Diet gets Easier and Easier. As they say it takes 3 weeks to build a habit I am nearly 2 in. The weird thing is I am not Craving Sugar or Carbs. The only time I think about it is if a strong smell hits me of baked goods or similar.

Today the Topic is Astaxanthin Benefits.

This long word is not one that just popped in to my life when I was reading the Dictionary(not that I do). A friend when i was sitting in a burger king was telling me about his life.

The Next thing to look at in to why he may have thought he was taking Ecstasy is that Krill oil has a much higher level of absorption in to the bloodstream as opposed to fish oil and many other supplements. It is why when taking it you do not get that fishy burp as it is usually working before you get a chance.
