Hi Guys, Stephen Here again,

I have had a few people come back to me after reading my post on Hunger Suppressants and want to know if that is all I did. Now one that I have tried and also worked (In conjunction with the other methods in the article) to really beat those cravings!

You may have heard of the South African Natural Herb that creates Hunger Suppressants called Hoodia Gordonii Pills(Learn More Here). Over here in New Zealand a South African told me about this herb when they saw me struggling with suppressing my hunger. You know that hunger that just sits in the pit of your stomach.

I am not talking about emotional hunger but when you really feel you need food and you end up looking for the easiest option. I used to end up eating chips or some fast food. Because I was so hungry my mind would not even think about a healthier option.

Hoodia PillsBy starting to use Hoodia Gordonii Pills it helped me be able to curb my hunger. I can tell you it does not go away all together. I like to think of it as giving you “Smart Time”. This is the time to reassess your hunger and decide to eat something healthier.

Now I do really recommend you using these along with the information in my other article on Hunger Suppressants as these pills do good work but if your body is still craving Proteins, Minerals or Vitamins you will struggle in the long run.

So where do I get them?

A friend put me on to a brand of Hoodia Gordonii Pills he had been using for a while now. So if you are interested you can check them out here.

These are part of your health arsenal. I used them for about 4 months while my body readjusted and I build positive habits. I then did not feel the need to keep using them. I have some hidden away which I am using around Christmas. So I don’t end up looking like Santa(No Offence to Mr Clauss). Over in New Zealand we have Summer at Christmas Time so I must be looking good for the ladies :-)

I hope this helps and you get the same great benefits I do from the Hoodia Gordonii Pills. The Magical Cactus as it is called :-) .

Have a great one. Stephen
