Breakfast

Lunch

2 x Celery sticks

1 Salad with Avo & Chicken from the Japanese Sushi place.

1 x PAGG Pill

1 x Glass of Water

Dinner

1 x Bowl of Tomato, Beef, Lentil, Onion Stew

2 x Bottles of Water

1 x PAGG Pill

Exercise

15 minute walk to the shop and back

Lessons

  • If I give my self incentives to go and walk it is a plus
  • Ive My exercise ends up being 4 x 15 min walks a week, 2 x Soccer and 1 x Gym I am actually happy with that.
  • I am being good and keeping up my blogging which is so important.
  • Still feeling good. Being in the 109′s is great. hopefully hit the 108′s tomorrow. My big goal is to be in the 108′s Monday :-)
