Exercise
15 minute walk to the shop and back
Lessons
- If I give my self incentives to go and walk it is a plus
- Ive My exercise ends up being 4 x 15 min walks a week, 2 x Soccer and 1 x Gym I am actually happy with that.
- I am being good and keeping up my blogging which is so important.
- Still feeling good. Being in the 109′s is great. hopefully hit the 108′s tomorrow. My big goal is to be in the 108′s Monday
