Wow what a week. Apologies for not many posts work has just been nuts. Im sure you have had those times as well.

In the last week or 2 I have been moving house and working like a slave in my business. All with really great long term payoff (nicer house to rent & building a strong business) but it can be telling.

I wanted to Raise the topic of Weight Loss in Moderation.

This is true in 2 ways

1. Don’t Rush but always Improve

One thing I have learned in business and weight loss is that it is a marathon not a race. As long as you are always improving you are on the right track. Measure your success in years not in days. Days can be a horrible master. A few mistakes can make you feel useless.

If I look at the last week I would sit here and think what a Loser.

If I look at the year I would say

Well Done for giving up smoking, losing 20kg getting stronger, having learned a huge amount etc…..

Time perception can change a huge amount so don’t beat yourself up. Just keep assessing and improving.

2. Between Diets we need to learn moderation

What I am learning is that between diets I am shit(technical term). I need to come to terms with the demons that control me when I am in my resting period. Instead of eating everything that exists I need to take steps to get better.

So at the moment while diet is not my number 1 focus I still need to not be declining.

So here are the rules I have started to add in (not perfect but should hold my weight)

1. Exercise
- Play Soccer onces a week
- Go for a Small Job once a Week
- Go to the gym once a Week
- Visit James the guy from Becoming Thor who works me out like a dog.

2. I don’t like breakfast so F#*% it. I will only eat Breakfast the day I see James as I need some carbs or something to keep me alive through that work out. Goal will be Nuts/Seeds/Protein Shake

3. Cut out Soft Drink apart from Diet Coke. Focus on Peppermint Tea & Black Coffee along with water.

4. I am not allowed to drive through a Drive through or get anything delivered. If I want it I need to go and get it.

5. Lunch is 8 Pieces of Sushi. I can have what ever I like but must have that and I need to Savor every bite.

The above is all I will focus on for the next 2 – 3 weeks While in stress zone (As I deem it). Goal is to sit around the 105KG range with no huge loss or additional gain. Will keep you updated!
